 * Thanks again for the detailed report – here’s what we fixed in v1.0.3 (just released):
    1. **Return Guidelines is now a proper rich text editor** instead of a plain textarea.
       You’ll see a Visual/Text toggle with formatting buttons (bold, italic, underline,
       links, lists, etc.) when editing it under ReturnDesk → Settings.
    2. **It no longer forces your text into a bulleted list.** Whatever you write –
       paragraphs, your own list, links, conditions – now displays exactly as formatted,
       instead of being split line-by-line into bullet points.
    3. **Fixed a related bug** where any HTML formatting you typed (bold, links) was
       being stripped when the settings were saved, so it would silently disappear 
       even if you typed it correctly.
 * To get the fix, please update to the latest version (1.0.3) from your WordPress
   admin → Plugins page.

 * Thanks for reporting this, and glad you’re finding the plugin useful overall!
 * You’re right, the “Return Guidelines” field isn’t rendering HTML as expected.
   We’re looking into it on our end and will update this thread once we have more
   information.
