 * I got same error message when posting something. First screenshot was from permission
   check. I was unclear. My mistake, sorry.

 * I had same problem with WP Book. Both WP and plugin are up to date.
 * This is what I get from permission check:

 * Should I have https callback url? My site does not work with https.
