    First of 
   all thank You very much for Your help.
 * I’ve changed [cookie_link] to [cookie_link margin=”5px” rel=”nofollow”].
    Margins
   work perfectly fine but unfortunately rel=”nofollow” does not work as expected.
 * I purged cache, used incognito mode, etc.
 * Can You check it out?
