Hello,
You are talking about Google Feed but we do not use Google Feed. Its about Bol.com.
If i export all the products without any modification to the price it shows the price with a . (point) as decimal. BOL.com wants it as a comma so our last rule is to replace . (point) with , (comma) in price field.
But with or without that last rule, multiply is not working in this version. It does in the previous version. So please fix the multiple rule in your plugin, it does not depend on Google Feed.

It is hard to see the settings in the video but my settings are:
thousand: (.) and decimal: (,)
But it has been always like this without any problems.
