 * I haven’t installed anything yet, just the original plug-in. I don’t see where
   to get the add on.
 * My site is where it was before I contacted you. The original plug-in works fine.
   I just don’t see how to add the add on.

 * the last time I did this there was a button to download the add on. I don’t see
   any such button this time.
