 * Thanks so much stvwlf. I was thinking about what you said all day and temporarily
   put the twenty ten theme on and shut all my plugins off. then I tweeked the page
   a little and turned each plugin back on after each tweek. same thing. Then I 
   searched my brain and came up with a thought..since the problem happened after
   i deleted that picture (that refused to be deleted in the normal way) that it
   might have something to do with it after all (but I dont know why unless it had
   a malicious code in it somehow) so I opened that page back up and found the html
   code from the deleted pic was still there, so I deleted the code. That seemed
   to do it, then i went back to some other pages to tweek and they are all back
   to normal. since I deleted the leftover html I now have no idea if it affected
   the whole site or if it was a page specific problem. If anyone else has experienced
   this same problem, try what stvwlf suggested and what i suggested, or both options.
   Wierd. oh well, at least with each problem that comes up, we become better at
   solving problems for the next hurdle that always seems to pop up. Happy blogging.

 * Thanks didnt think of that will try that and let you know tomorrow if it worked,
   cant do it right now tied up with other things. Thanks again so much I think 
   you might have the right solution!
