 * So how exactly do I flush my cache if I am unable to get into my Dashboard in
   the first place? I’ve been searching online, but as of yet have been unable to
   find any sort of help.
 * Edit: found “Empty all caches” under Performance tab on the top, however it brings
   me back to that same update screen.
