Please try disabling all 3rd party plugins except for Wordfence. Then try to save options again. FTP to your site and delete the Wordfence plugins directory. Then install Wordfence Assistant and use it to delete your Wordfence table data. Then uninstall Wordfence Assistant. Try disabling all of your plugins except for Wordfence. Are you able to save? Do a WHOIS lookup on an IP address and find out which IP range the domain belongs to. Once you know that you can use the advanced block to block that IP address range. You should be able to do this by clicking from the Live Traffic to WHOIS to blocking. * Hope that helps!
