When I am logged in the forms display ok but not when logged out. I know it’s a holiday weekend so will disable the workaround when I know support can check the site. Go to WordPress > Autoupdate in your Site Tools and click on Last Backup – Restore. There are 6 widget positions created and each widget has 3 rotating ads.
