 * wookie.cc just change [sc:shortcode] to [sc name=shortcode] inside all do_shortcode
   calls.

 * I found a plugin that adds the functionality to search tags to this __search_by_title_only
   function, so this issue is fixed.
 * Here is the plugin [WP Search Tags](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-tags/).
   It hasn’t been updated in over 2 years, but it still works.

 * Hi, thank you for your answer, but it still doesn’t solve my problem. I need 
   to search only in the post title or assigned tags, these plugins exclude whole
   pages from the search result.
