 * Hi there,
 * Just to let you know, I’ve also contacted the Kadence Shop Kit support, and they’ve
   suggested that I disable their feature “Advanced Reviews” to test if it works
   correctly. I’ve done so, and everything seems to work fine then.
 * Since I don’t really need any of the “Advanced Reviews” features right now, this
   is the way I’ll go for the time being. So that solves my problem for now.
 * Thank you very much for your assistance!

 * Thank you for your response!
 * Yes, it is a block added by the Kadence Shop Kit plugin. It also has a WordPress
   admin area menu item – I think admin area Reviews is a feature of the Kadence
   theme, but could be wrong.
 * So in my admin area, I see two menu items called “Reviews”. Reviews collected
   by CusRev shows up in the Kadence Woocommerce Reviews list view, but each associated
   star rating in that list view is set to 0/5 automatically (i.e. in the admin
   area).
 * To see what I mean on the front end, this is a single product page where the
   review was collected organically, i.e. customer logging in and leaving a review
   on the website directly:
 * [https://holisteeq.co.za/product/holisteeq-traditional-boerseep-bar/](https://holisteeq.co.za/product/holisteeq-traditional-boerseep-bar/)
 * Here is an example of a single product page where the review was collected through
   CusRev:
 * [https://holisteeq.co.za/product/kiko-vitals-hormone-balance-for-women/](https://holisteeq.co.za/product/kiko-vitals-hormone-balance-for-women/)
 * The difference to note on the front end, is the star rating underneath the title.
   For the organic reviewed product, the star rating shows correctly underneath
   the title (5/5, corresponding to what you see when you scroll down to see what
   the customer wrote). For the CusRev reviewed product, the star rating beneath
   the product title shows 0/5 (even though when you scroll down to see the actual
   review, it should have 5/5 stars).
 * Please may you assist me to integrate the two plugins so the star ratings described
   above won’t conflict?
 * Many thanks in advance.
