I lost an entire days worth of work in a development instance because of it. I had never given the URL a second glance in all of these years (since 2008) until I began troubleshooting my current issue. * Thank you so much for your answer. There is no reCAPTCHA plugin on my site; rather there is a reCAPTCHA option within the WPforms plugin that may be causing the problem. I have disabled it within the WPforms settings multiple times, but that has not helpled. I have disable the reCaptcha option and created many, many new Duplicator Packages. Each time I have been unable to shake the _ERROR: Human verification failed. I resolved the issue by re-building the table.
