 * I’m sorry I can’t help more but in my case I use a gcp vm and bitnami and the
   php logs folder is empty, I tried with the new version that came out recently
   and the problem persists.

    in the image can not be perceived but the css
   is not working because everything is without margins and very close together 
   besides the error that appears at the bottom does not allow anything of the operation
   of the menu of users. currently I use bitnami nginx wordpress in azure and gcp
   installations with the porto theme. Regards
