What’s going on? This has been a very usefull plugin for me in the past, but no matter what I do, I am unable to create a re-direct at present…? For example, the plugin over-rides email alerts from Wordfence if there is a security issue alert, also from Updraft when automated scheduled backups are completed, or alerts from WordPress that there are plugin updates available. * I guess the only way to see whether it works for emails to new users is if you test it. I have solved the problem. I was trying to get to the email customizer options by opening WP’s Appearance/Customise/Email Templates/. This takes me to the Cutomizer Panel showing “You are customizing Email Templates”. However, while I can use any of the customisation options for the email, I can’t see the real-time preview. * The solution is to hover the mouse over “Appearance” in the WP Admin sidebar menu. The sub-menu popout includes “Email Templates”. If I click on that item, I go to “You are customizing Email Templates” in the WP Customizer, and the real- time email template preview is visible, and updates as I make changes to the email template. * So – problem solved, and I am a very happy camper once again. * Thank you for this wonderful plugin Damian. I have de-activated all plugins except “Email Templates” and the problem reported above remains.
