I did use the name of the category. As you can see in the video I posted I used the exact name of the category for the points and the score. The points work while the score doesn’t. * So the name is “Wurzelchakra”. I use this codes: %CATEGORY_SCORE_Wurzelchakra%% CATEGORY_POINTS_Wurzelchakra% The points work while the score does not. * When I use a lowercase “w” points don’t work too (as expected). * Also thanks for your engagement [@darthjay](https://wordpress.org/support/users/darthjay/)! I use Impreza by UpSolution. I thought since it was not changeable with CSS it couldn’t have something to do with the theme – I was wrong. Ive set up every UM-Site correctly and every single one is working the way they should. The strange thing is that it wasn’t always a problem cause sometimes it works and than it stopped working again. * So the error occurred because I had in the form itself one link embedded to an external site and in one mail as well. Turns out, CF7 can’t handle it.
