 * Thanks for getting back to me, think I’ve sorted the issue. Tried re-installing
   on blank website and the export to excel worked fine. I think the problem may
   have been caused by another plugin, I’m unsure. Regarding the users not showing,
   sorted that too. Just had to make sure I selected UpiCRM user on the WordPress
   user settings page. Thanks!

 * Also I’ve noticed UpiCRM users randomly disappear from the Lead Management and
   User Centre screens. Please can you advise me on this too. Thanks

 * Hi, I’m having the same issue, Export to excel is not working and it loads my
   website homepage when I click it. I have changed the permissions to allow read
   write options to all but still doesn’t work. Please can you advise?
