 * Hello Herman,
 * The screenshot you shared shows the correct contact number, however, the ‘Elementor
   Header & Footer’ plugin is not activated in that screenshot. This suggests that
   the issue might be related to the plugin. However, when I accessed the website
   from another browser, it still displayed the old number. Upon refreshing the
   browser, the new number briefly appears but then reverts to the old one. I tested
   this with the cache both on and off, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
   🙁
 * Please see the new video clip of the issue

 * Thank you! I successfully transferred the backup file by directly uploading it
   into the designated backup folder of the plugin, and the process was successful!
 * For those encountering difficulties in the restoration process, ensure you download
   your backup file from the original site. Subsequently, upload it to the corresponding
   folder on the new site:
 * `public_html/wp-content/backup-migration-(random strings of characters)/backups`
 * Afterward, return to the plugin dashboard, refresh the page, and you’ll find
   the uploaded backup file visible.

 * Hi again, thanks for your reply. I tried the ‘manual’ way before writing my first
   post here. I downloaded the backup file from the source site and then uploaded
   it to the new site and unfortunately, it failed . When it failed, then I tried
   to restore using the link.
 * Here is the debug ref for the manual process – **BMI-MFeciblD-41921**
