This suggests that the issue might be related to the plugin. However, when I accessed the website from another browser, it still displayed the old number. Upon refreshing the browser, the new number briefly appears but then reverts to the old one. I successfully transferred the backup file by directly uploading it into the designated backup folder of the plugin, and the process was successful! * For those encountering difficulties in the restoration process, ensure you download your backup file from the original site. I tried the ‘manual’ way before writing my first post here. I downloaded the backup file from the source site and then uploaded it to the new site and unfortunately, it failed .
