So far we’ve been able to isolate one plugin that is causing the issue when enabled. The email used to register this administrative account in WordPress isn’t subscribed to the MC audience. We thought that possibly if it’s already subscribed, this is why the checkbox doesn’t appear, but it isn’t and has never been. * We will test the troubleshooting plugin. At first glance everything seems fine, because all proportions are still correct, it’s just that everything is bigger.
