I have a fresh installation and it works fine. I’ve even tried using StoreFront. There are a number of possibilities below with suggestions. Please review them. 1. Your Database Options still has the OLD URL as the Site/Home URL. 2. Your wp-config.php file may have the URL coded in there. 3. That setting is not a WordPress default. You could read more about this plugin and how to make the best of it. * I’ve personally used this plugin and if you do some slight reading, its easy to figure out. WPEngine: Yes and they did. It didn’t work. * I think (95% sure) its my theme. I switched to TwentyFifteen and it all works fine. My theme ([https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609](https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609)) has some custom login hooks that I think are interfering. I deleted this lines and all was fine. * The problem I have now is that, the above has happened twice within a week. Any idea what the cause is? On another wp-installation of mine (same hosting account) my website is inaccessible and my wp-settings.php was actually empty!!! * Any permanent solution???
