I’ve tried with all this configurations: only Identity Token, only IPN Checkbox and both of them enabled, and issue persist. I’m going to disable IPN again, meanwhile.

On the other side, I’ve wrote to my server to ask about security restrictions.

I’m sorry, but issue is still here. I’m sorry about the delay but just yesterday I had a purchase and I could check that don’t works.

Hi Antonio! I’m sorry about the delay of my answer.

I’ve not plugins that customizes the thank you page of WooCommerce. Neither custom code operating on that page.

I’m using DIVI theme.

I’m using WP Super Cache. Maybe something related with catching?

Yes, Purchase event is enabled. Recently, I removed the Purchase event of my Pixel Caffeine settings and re-added it, but it is still not working. It is still taking the URL “https://www.chinarodriguez.com/finalizar-compra/order-received/14833/” instead URL that contains “order-received”.

Thanks! I’m using DIVI builder in my shop page, but problem is in categories pages too. There, I’m not using DIVI builder, are the original categories templates (http://scarpedi-cp74.wordpresstemporal.com/categoria-producto/nueva-coleccion/)

Yes, when you go to “https://www.chinarodriguez.com/finalizar-compra/order-received/14833/” the purchase event is working, because for any reason, plugin is using that url to the conversion link.

But, if you do another buy (with other order number) purchase event don’t works, because it’s taking all URL (“https;//…..148337”), not the URL that contains “/order-received/”.

If you want to check, you could use whatever data to fill out the purchase form and select “Transferencia bancaria” (use “test” on field “Nombre” so that I know are you). It has no cost to you. Then, I could remove that order.

Marcelo, cómo estás?

Los mails que envía Mercado Pago (por fuera de mi sitio web) hace tiempo que no los recibo. Pero tampoco recibo los mails que debería enviar el plugin de Woocommerce. Tengo tres sitios instalados y en los tres me pasa lo mismo, solo con la plataforma de MP. Si hago una compra seleccionando cuenta bancaria o efectivo, por ejemplo, me llegan los mails de confirmación de woocommerce sin problemas. Por otro lado, el estado de los pedidos en el administrador de Woocommerce, aunque hayan sido confirmados los pagos por Mercado Pago en pantalla, quedan en amarillo, como en “Pendiente de pago”. Y si ingreso a la plataforma de Mercado Pago a chequear, el pago ingresó sin problemas.
Hay algún problema con la gatewey, pero no logro identificarlo.

Alguien que tenga idea al respecto?
