Any plugin can call the mail function to send mail including the Wordfence plugin. However, after upgrading to the current version of Wordfence, I am unable to receive the ‘attack’ alert emails from Wordfence. Additionally, I have confirmed that Wordfence can call the function to send emails, as I am currently receiving email alerts from Wordfence. The email reads as follows:“This email was sent from your website ‘website name’ by the Wordfence plugin. Wordfence found the following new issues on ‘website name’.
