In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form results go to junk in Office 365I wondered if you had run into this problem with anyone else and had any insight. The form results go into junk and there’s a message saying Outlook cannot identify the sender. When I talk to tech support with the hosting company they say everything is set up properly and the problem must be with the form plugin. I didn’t think it was Contact Form 7 because the forms were arriving – the problem is on the receiving end, I think. Thank you for your help.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form results go to junk in Office 365Hi:
When form results go into junk I get these notices when I click on the email to read it:
It tells me the message has been identified as junk.
It says: The identity of this sender has not been verified. And gives a link to here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/phishing-and-suspicious-behavior-0d882ea5-eedc-4bed-aebc-079ffa1105a3?redirectSourcePath=%252farticle%252f3d44102b-6ce3-4f7c-a359-b623bec82206
That’s where it talks about phishing and spoofing. Thanks!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form results go to junk in Office 365Sorry – when I pasted the From content it removed the <> and I didn’t notice. I tried pasting again and saw they got removed, so I put them in manually.
My From field in the MAIL TAB actually does have the greater than/less than – it is:
[_site_title] <wordpress@aptconj.com>
I have also tried: [_site_title] <info@aptconj.com>
Neither gives me an invalid syntax message; both go into the Junk folder.
THESE ARE IN THE MAIL TAB.
I tried removing the [site_title] from the FROM and just having <info@aptconj.com> – still went to junk.
So here is my actual form right now

I don’t get any configuration or syntax errors and the form gets sent – it just ends up in junk.
So when you say there’s an “invalid mailbox syntax” can you tell me where?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form results go to junk in Office 365I don’t understand.
Can you clarify what is supposed to go into the “from” field?
We have one email address to work with – info@aptconj.com
I have tried using it in the “From” field AS WELL AS the “To” field – still gets sent to junk. Separately, it has never been clear to me whether it is necessary to have at least two email addresses from the domain to make this form work properly – is that the problem? Do the “To” and “From” email addresses need to be different? As it is, the form arrives – it just gets sent to junk.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form results go to junk in Office 365See first post:
Settings in the form:
To: info@aptconj.com
From: [_site_title] wordpress@aptconj.com
Reply to: info@aptconj.comHe only has one email address for the domain – info@ so the form is using wordpress@ for the “from”.
The rest is : From: [your-name] [your-email]
Subject: [your-subject]Message Body:
[your-message]
This is a notification that a contact form was submitted on your website [_site_title].
From form on page: [_post_url]
None of the checkboxes below are checked (html, etc.)
Again – the form goes through – it just keeps being sent to junk mail.
Thanks!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Form results go to junk in Office 365Every page – the form is above the footer. It’s horizontal, in a blue box. So if you can look at the form on the homepage & figure anything out it would apply to them all. Thanks!

In reply to: [Greenshift - animation and page builder blocks] Mobile menu stylingHi:
If I add a reusable template to the “MOBILE MENU TOP AREA TEMPLATE” should I be able to see it in my desktop browser with Responsive Tools? I’m working on a site in MAMP and I don’t see the image I added when I view the site in Chrome using developer tools. Is it only viewable via a live device?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Post Blocks grid – make more responsive? It’s working!
It looks good.
I had to place it in the right place in the stylesheet as I had other media queries already in it. Found the place, cleared caches – doing just what I wanted.
Thank you very much!Forum: Plugins
