Asking for it in the payment sheet, and sending a `billingaddresschange` event… * Why on one hand (Shipping) we ask for it in the payment sheet, and on the other( Billing) waiting for the checkout form to be filled? * Because, moreover, when taxes are set to be calculated based on the billing address, the **Express Checkout** bloc does never show on the Checkout page, even after entering the billing address. * So basically, Express Checkout is never _usable_ in this case. It doesn’t have the shipping address at this point neither. So it is “guessing”? What is the tax calculation in this case (customer adresses not provided yet, and the product is virtual)?
