 * well it shows but no background or pics nothing really exept the writing
 * I might delete my site and start again..
    its def a database issue but i cant
   seem to find or fix this problem

 * well couldnt sleep k i did all of this above but i still have same issue on page?

 * I tried this – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. 
   If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic
   plugin(s). No luck
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
    No
   luck
 * – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently
   inactive plugin can still cause problems.
    This is what i think the prob is,
 * Use phpMyAdmin to deactivate all plugins.
 * In the table wp_options, under the option_name column (field) find the active_plugins
   row
    Change the option_value field to: a:0:{} I COULDNT FIND active_plugins NAME………………..
 * Or reset your plugins folder via FTP or the file manager provided in your host’s
   control panel.
 * Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder (directory)
   
   Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename the folder “plugins” to “plugins.
   hold” Login to your WordPress administration menus (/wp-admin) Via FTP or your
   host’s file manager, rename “plugins.hold” back to “plugins” DID THIS NOTHING
   AGAIN
 * re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh
   download of your current version of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the 
   old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
 * Does this meen Admin Folder as well?

 * Thanks yes it was but still that didnt fix the problem i am thinking its from
   the database area its just the bar that usually gives you button options to make
   or edit is diffrent and not usable to me
