We also removed the plugin, deleted every DB-related info, and reinstalled the plugin again. We noticed a brief info bar on the top of the plugin setting page telling us to check our e-mail for activation (?), but it disappeared so fast we could barely read what was in it. Either way, no e-mail was received. * The plugin only displays the attachment after the order is complete, and doesn’t create any adittional tab in the description. * As we’ve said before, we have deactivated all the plugins (except for WC), changed to a standard theme (we tried, Twenty Nineteen, Twenty Twenty and older ones), but the problem persists. * We even tried on a clean installation of WP with a simple theme (no plugins except yours and WC), but still doesn’t work. * Anyway, we found another way to attach a file.
