First click on ‘CATEGORIES & POSTS’ and select any one CATEGORIES then auto select all POSTS related this CATEGORIES. now click on save button.
u can see this widgets on selected category & posts.
if this will be not done then i think widgets controller plugin code conflict with any other plugin.

there is no wordpress version problem but i think wp_enqueue_script function is conflict with another plugin function in your plugin directory.

Also, when if i update any Que , i have to reselect category. else that Que is goto 1st(general) category .
