In reply to: Upload error in 2.1Try searching for “headers already sent” – it’s usually something to do with whitespace somewhere.
It’s actually most likely trackback spam. A search on that keyphrase herein will probably turn up numerous posts re same; the fix is generally the usual array of spam plugins.
