 * Thanks for your answer,
    Their translation program seems quite complex, so I 
   understand the updates sync should be not easy.. Last time I posted, I was still
   with Wpml 3.1.4. Finally, the conflict was obvious with my new upgraded 3.9 Wp,
   then the mess on TOR’s delete-buttons. In the meanwhile Wpml 3.1.5 just came 
   out, promising it was clean with Wp 3.9: I updated & yes indeed, that fixed all
   the issues.
 * So it’s party! I can delete All the revisions I want with TOR 🙂

 * Me again,
    I finally found the bug: By desactivating my plugins one by one, ‘
   WPML Multilingual CMS’ seems being the origine of the issue with WP3.9;
 * When WPML desactivated, TOR buttons display again normally in the meta box.
    
   I know what to do until WPML can fix it, & I’m glad that TOR is ok, it’s a very
   helpful plugin! Cheers, Vince

 * Thank you for your answer,
    Yes it was activated, I did it again (desactived,
   then reactivated) but with no result. & yes, I mean Delete buttons in Revision
   meta box. (revision lines are displayed, but not the buttons)
 * in case(is it useful?),I checked my wp.config.php to see if nothing was missing
   but it looks the same as it was in my 3.8.3 precedent WP version.
    I don’t know
   what I missed. Vince
