 * Hello,
 * Thank you for reaching out to us. This is the correct existing behavior. Please
   note that only 1 Vimeo account can be connected to a WordPress site, and any
   WordPress users (admin, editors, authors) are able to access the linked Vimeo
   account. There is no functionality currently for multiple Vimeo accounts to be
   connected nor for individual users to be able to access linked accounts.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for reaching out. We looked into the issue mentioned and tried to replicate
   it by comparing the embed block against the Vimeo block and we are not seeing
   the gap. It could potentially be your theme that’s impacting this and would suggest
   that you use CSS to override for now.
    Are you also able to let us know which
   theme you are using? We could try to replicate this further if we can find out
   which theme you are using.

 * [@frafor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/frafor/) the plugin does indeed
   provide upload functionality directly from within WordPress, however this functionality
   is currently limited to the backend admin of WordPress and not available for
   front-end users.

 * Hello,
 * Our latest release has resolved the theme incompatibility issue with the Avada
   theme. Now, you can use the Vimeo Plugin with the Avada theme and expect to see
   the expected gallery functionality along with the Vimeo video functionality in
   the Woocommerce product carousels. Note, this issue was resolved specifically
   for the Avada theme, other themes that alter Woocommerce’s default gallery functionality
   may still have conflicts and issues.

 * Hello,
 * We have pushed out a fix for this. For existing plugin users, please proceed
   to Vimeo Settings page -> Disconnect the Account -> Reconnect the Account.
 * The reason is that the upload permissions are granted at the time of this connection,
   so previously connected accounts would be missing the upload permissions.

 * Thanks for flagging this issue. This appears to be related to incompatibility
   with one the more recent versions of Avada theme and we will look to support
   this in a future release.

 * Hello! Autoplay is not available for videos added via the Vimeo video gallery
   from within a product page; we are in the process of updating the plugin to make
   this clearer. Do you have any feedback on why you would like this use case?

 * Hello! Could you please clarify which privacy setting your video is using and
   how and where you are embedding your video? The ?h= parameter is associated with
   unlisted URLs; you can embed any of your unlisted videos (including domain-locked
   videos) using the plugin by selecting those videos from the video library that
   opens from the “Videos” button.
