 * When I log in, I can see my WordPress Dashboard. All of my pages are there, with
   all content. However, when I go to the URL for my website, it is as if it is 
   trying to create a new wp-config.php file, asking me to provide the Database 
   name, username, pw, local host etc.

 * I believe so, in the database!? To be honest I’m not entirely sure.
