   perfectly in any page or post.
 * Would you please help us with more detail about other used plugins (which may
   reason of conflict) or please recheck all steps in WordPress back-end as mentioned
   in plugin description ?

 * yeah we found that it is not possible so thanks a lot for all your support.
 * Also found another plugin where open field entry is possible so those who survived
   cause of same issue can use below plugin.

 * yeah that is fine.. donation is just an example… but isnt it possible to show
   textbox on website for users so they can add any price they wish?
 * any possible way to deal with this?
