 * Also, it’s tripping me out that you, the troubleshooting contact at Monster (
   the plugin), AND our winery owner are all named Tim. What are the chances? 😛

 * Hi Tim,
 * Thanks for your reply! To answer your questions:
 * I’m currently working to get access to our server portal, which is housed on 
   FatCow – so I will check the server error log as soon as I possibly can.
 * I installed the plugin from the browser within WP dashboard. I haven’t had issues
   installing plugins via this method on any other WP sites I manage – is there 
   a preferable method? And, if that was the issue, shouldn’t deactivating/uninstalling
   the plugin (which I immediately did yesterday afternoon) resolve this issue? 
   Or is it possible something else entirely is causing the critical error, and 
   it’s just coincidence that it happened the same day I installed the new plugin?
 * I’m asking for the admin emails to be forwarded to me too, as they go directly
   to our winery’s owner.
 * Any other suggestions I can do in the meantime would be great. I downloaded our
   latest website backup from Jan 3 in case reverting is the only solution.
