 * Further to this post the stats of the server are
    1.  - AMD athlone 64×2 3400+ Dual core processor
    2.  - 4GB DDR2 RAM,
    3.  - 2x 320Gb hdd – RAID1

 * Hi turns out the problem was the plugin AVH Extended Categories that was causing
   the problems.

 *  Thank you for the feedback the log’s were no help, last error was in Jan.
 *  I have left it to the site owner to upgrade the theme, I will give you feedback
   once I have it.
