 * I had this issue as well. I fixed it by going to Settings/General and changing
   the default user role to Contributor. Then I went into Crowdfunding/Settings 
   and changed the Campaign Creator to include the Contributor role. I then installed
   a plugin called User Role Editor and used it to turn off the admin toolbar for
   that role so it didn’t show up on the front end for campaign contributors. Hope
