If you have a standard checkout the methods should show in it when you fill in the postal code and address so that the checkout refreshes. We are also updating the guides so that they match the new upgraded version of the plugin. Which guide do you need i should be able to send it to you. The plugin languages are Swedish, Danich, Norwegian and Finnish and you can choose the Origin country in the module settings in order to choose the preffered language.
