It’s working perfectly if they are only ordering a downloadable item. * The error message says “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” but it still lets them click continue to payment and let them enter their card information. * We use WooCommerce Stripe Gateway for payments, so I guess that is a multi-step checkout. * I feel bad having you help since this isn’t to do with your plugin, but if you do know anything we can do we would be very grateful. The setting we have chosen was 4 columns, but now it is displaying 1 and then 2 alternating. The settings still show it as having 4. If the person puts in a country that we don’t ship to, it does give them an error for the shipping price. Unfortunately it still will let them proceed to payment with the shipping error. I don’t know if this would be an error on our payment plugin or with woocommerce, but you definitely helped me! And it doesn’t look like I have a way to put in the rate only downloadable content. * An example of what I want would be if someone orders a physical copy of the book and the downloadable pdf, then the shipping will need to be the regular price and only in my desired country. If they only got the PDF then there would be no shipping and they could order it from anywhere. * Again, I’m not even sure if this plugin will do this or not. We now use a few different plugins for email stuff—I know one specifically changes who our emails look like they come from so that they aren’t blocked for whatever reason. * I don’t know all that went into correcting it, but its changed now. I went under Brute Force, then Cookie Based Brute Force Prevention, then changed the redirect url to my website url. (Although after saving it still shows the 127.0.0.1) For some reason this fixed it. * With my theme support I was able to just upload the correct star pictures to my website and replace the links with those links, and that made that problem fixed as well. * I’m glad I could get this fixed, although I’m sorry to have bothered you Mike since it wasn’t your plugin’s fault! I’m not gonna briefly shut down my store for this, although if you find out the problem please let me know. * I would gladly try the plugin, it just isn’t a necessity for us and we don’t want to potentially ruin a customers experience of our website just to find this problem.
