FYI, I’m using SG Optimizer, AIOWP, and Securi( all of which are currently deactivated). * – I’ve disabled server-side caching (at least, what’s available via my dashboard) – I’ve downgraded my CDN caching from Advanced to Basic (and back up to Simple)– I’ve cleared the cache in GiveWP’s settings – I’ve done a hard browser refresh– I’ve tested in incognito (results below) * Aside (re caching & “Pending”): During triple-checking all cache settings, I visited my hosting dashboard and noticed that I had to re-configure my “www” re-direction (successful). I also downgraded my CDN caching from “Advanced” to“ Basic” — one of those two things seemed to have resolved my “Pending” problems. So I upgraded the CDN caching from “Basic” to “Simple” and back to “Advanced.” I saw a temporary return of “Pending” messages which changed from “Pending” to“ Payment Complete” when I refreshed the donation receipt page after ~10 seconds( donations still post as complete). I’ve downgraded again to “Simple” as this seems to have resolved my “Pending” problems. (Hallelujah!) * Back to pre-populated fields: When I open the donation form in an incognito window, the country, & province remain pre-populated. * when I login as a diff user, the email, country, & province are pre-populated. * When I login as me, Fname, Lname, email, address are pre-populated. The page is built using Elementor’s shortcode with, [give_form id=”101″] * I’m also experiencing “pending” problems with Stripe, if that provides a clue that I’m doing something wrong on my end (perfectly feasible). * I’ve ready as much online documentation that I can find, including YT videos and I haven’t found an applicable solution yet.
