In reply to: 504 / 502 error@jdembowski can you please remove the website URL from this post? Or let me know how I can delete this? The website is getting spam emails from the forum. Thanks!

In reply to: 504 / 502 errorI found that same article. The only ones that sound applicable are:
- Backup and Delete .htaccess File – which i’ve never had to do before?
- Checking for malware
Looking for some indication as how to go about pinpointing the culprit. I thought it was a plugin issue until we deactivated all of the plugins and the issue remained.
What do you mean by this? Do you mean there would be a separate server than the server it’s on (siteground):
It’s possible the server out front is a proxy or a load balancer even. It’s also possible the server your WordPress is running from is broken somehow.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Product Carousel Slider] Speed up slider responsive load timeI’m not sure how else I’m supposed to get in contact with the developer as they seem to be more responsive on here than their own support forum. Either way, my question applies to the free plugin too. I’m asking for help with the plugin load speed.

Thanks for the response. I did find that link later, however it seems a bit excessive to download a separate application for this one task. Also there are not enough directions to comfortably know what to do with that application. Is there a function you could provide for changing the tab name instead?

Update: I have bought your pro version. But am still having the same issue. It appears that the dynamic recount doesn’t work when the page is initially loaded, but only after a selection has been made in the filter widget. I’m not sure if it has to do with how it is initially loaded? Looking forward to your response!
Thanks so much for the response!
For 1) These settings match yours on my site. Any other ideas why it’s not adjusting/dynamically recounting?

In reply to: [HUSKY - Products Filter Professional for WooCommerce] Dynamic RecountCurious how you were able to solve this? Running into the same issue!
Thanks for the response Con,
I see the options for collaborators. All I want to do is give the client access to their paid extension. As far as I can tell from the documentation, I can either give access to all my extensions or none. Correct? It would be beneficial if we could check off extensions they do not have access to.
Thanks for the response.
I just ran through the steps of setting up a WordPress.com account > which when trying to connect with Woocommerce has me make a WooCommerce account > after all of this it still shows the new collaborator account ALL of my subscriptions and allows them to download any of my extensions they want. I only want them to have access to the subscriptions they paid for.
Will you be phasing out the WooCommerce helper? I hope not, because that was a better method for updates!
Thank you so much!! 🙂
I added the snippet above to the php file, but it breaks the testimonial slider. Has this template changed since the last reply? Did I place the snippet in the right place? : http://prntscr.com/e8mg3e
Bumping this question!
Somehow I missed the mp3 upload in the form builder. But thanks anyways! 🙂
