Hello,
In order to capture leads or allow subscriptions through Icegram, you will have to integrate the Icegram campaign with an Email Subscribers‘ form or Rainmaker or other supported form plugins or services.
Email Subscribers plugin is a top rated plugin with 100000 downloads that helps you design, setup and run email campaigns based off of your WordPress using SMTP or a mailer of your choice whereas the Icegram plugin allows you to run on-site campaigns by displaying notifications on your website in the form of popups, header bars and messengers. These notifications come with an email field to capture email addresses which can be integrated with our Email Subscribers plugin and exactly works like AWeber and Mailchimp.
Alternatively, you can also integrate our Rainmaker forms if you want to only capture leads or use all the three plugins together.Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get back to us. We’ll be happy to help.
Hello,
Emails are treated as “Read” when some email clients and services like Unroll.me access emails. Could you check if you are using such a third-party service?

Hello @henk-barreveld,
Our development team took note of the issue and they are already working on the issue.
You can expect the bug fix in the next two weeks. Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Hello @ndelcarpini,
Currently, the workflow trigger is not available. However, we like the idea and forwarded it to our product management team to consider it as a feature request.
We report a number of requests for each feature to help them prioritize our roadmap. While this is a feature our product managers are aware of, we don’t have any specific timeline for releasing it.
We will inform you as soon as we have an update. If you want to implement the trigger on your end. Here is the WordPress filter to use – ‘ig_es_workflow_triggers’.
Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get back to us. We’ll be happy to help.
Hello Mark,
Yes, it is a known issue and we are working on it.
We will be informing you as soon as we release the bug fix.
Hello @henk-barreveld,
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
1. In my Audience page I see that I have 448 contacts (“items” – oh well…), split up over 3 pages. Each page shows 200 contacts. In the Screen Options at the top of the page you can specify a different number of contacts per page (showing the number 100), but that does not work. No matter what you fill in, it remains 200 items per page. It would be nice to be able to specify a (much) larger number, but if you do not want that (and while it is not working), you should hide it. WordPress allows you to do so, I think using the screen_options_show_screen filter.
2. Underneath the page heading is a warning about WP Cron being disabled. That is correct; my ISP prefers that I use a real cron-job, so that’s what I do and it works perfectly. So I want to get rid of this warning, but clicking the link “OK, I Got it!” has no effect. Don’t you believe I really got it?
We did recognize these two issues and our development team is already looking into the issue.
3. On the Audience page, I select a list and press Search Contacts. I see that the list contains 250 contacts, split up over 2 pages (logically). I want to see the second page, so I press the right arrow (>) button. I then get a new page, but it is not the second page of my list; it is the second page of All Lists!
4. Just as before, but now I go to the next page not by clicking the arrow button, but by entering a number 2 in the box between the left and right arrows. That works, interesting enough; now I get page 2 of the selected list!
We have forwarded these to our development team to look into. We will get back to you as soon as we have an update.
No need to send me an extensive answer; I just hope this is of some help for you. As I wrote, this is all not really serious, but it does not help giving the impression that this is mature software. Marketing, you know 🙂
Thanks for understanding. It’s our responsibility to address customer queries and we are accountable for the problems you experience. We assure you that our development team will be looking into the bug reports and will fix in our upcoming releases.
Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to reply to us.
Hello,
The Email heading in the CSV header is wrongly entered as E-mail with a hyphen. I have now removed the hyphen and the import is successful.Request you to edit the same on your original CSV file and let us know how that worked.
Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get back to us. We’ll be happy to help.Hello @henk-barreveld,
Thank you for your feedback.
I have already raised a feature request and asked our developers to look for a possibility to make this happen. We’ll update the changelog as soon as we implement it.
Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get back to us.
Hello @henk-barreveld,
I agree! But we see this as rarest scenario as most users import contacts from external sources at the very beginning and they have an option to choose a list while importing contacts so they can come up with separate files for each list.
Also, we do have a feature that allows visitors to choose one or more lists of their choice when they subscribe through the form.

Can you please upload the CSV file to a file sharing service and share with us here (via our contact form)? We’ll see what is going on and provide you a resolution.
Hello,
You can use the Add to list option to add existing contacts to a list of your choice.
Glad we could help.
Hello Jackman,
Post Notifications get generated and dispatched based on CRON settings. If you setup CRON to check for emails every 15 minutes to send 30 emails in every batch, and you publish a post at 11:00 AM, the post notification will be generated immediately and sent to the queue. The queue gets dispatched at anytime between 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM in batches again as per email sending configuration (takes more time if there are already other campaigns in the queue). Say, if you have 240 subscribers in the list, the queue gets cleared within the next two and half hours.
You can delete a report even after a post notification is generated, but it will not stop the batches of emails which are already processed. Say, the first batch is already dispatched, the rest of the emails which are still in the queue will be dropped on the deletion of the report.
