If the issue persists, try deactivating all other plugins except Icegram and switch your theme to the default Twenty Twenty theme temporarily to see if that resolves the problem.

Can you please check if the campaign is targeting the right page under Icegram > Display Rules?
If it is targeting the right page and you are still unable to view it, please reply to us with the screenshot showing the retargeting rules at the bottom of the display rules. We will see what is going on.

The plugin is a software that generates and tells the server to send emails using the email server and email protocol of your choice, so the number of emails to be sent in an hour completely relies on the server reliability and the restrictions the service provider imposes. You can speed up the email sending process by changing email sending limits, but we strongly recommend you to contact your webhost or email sending service for their recommended sending limits.
If your web host or email server does not permit to increase sending limits, you can use third-party email services like Pepipost for smoother delivery whose plans start with $9 per month. If you don’t want to pay for email sending service, you can configure Sendgrid or Sendinblue through SMTP who offer their basic plans for free.

When you said the “wp_ig_workflows_queue” file, I think you meant the database table.
Yes, all our database tables start with the

We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the editor.
After the WordPress 5.5 update, several plugins, including Icegram is conflicting with the WordPress interface.
With the update to WordPress 5.5, a migration tool known as
jquery-migratewill no longer be enabled by default. This may lead to unexpected behaviors in some themes or plugins who run older code.We have raised a bug report for for our development team to look into. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.
In the meanwhile, we recommend you to install the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin as it serves as a temporary solution, enabling the migration script for your site to give us and other developers of your other plugins get some time to update, and test code.

Subscribers cannot switch lists. However, they can choose which list to subscribe and unsubscribe.
To allow them to choose a list of their choice, open the subscription form (under Email Subscribers > Forms) and enable the option Allow contact to choose lists and then specify which lists do you want to display on the form as shown in this screenshot – https://drive.google.com/file/d/14d4KFHdLeAJzFKzO3ggDb5EYKlPYmKJP/view?usp=drivesdk.
To let them choose the lists they want to unsubscribe, go to Email Subscribers > Settings > General and enable the option Allow user to select list(s) while unsubscribe – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cusJDHeDkzOxA5LhSO3PPtK7R8BO1DEz/view?usp=drivesdk.
This should help you achieve what you are expecting. This way, they can unsubscribe from the lists they don’t want to be in and subscribe to a new list using the subscription form.

Could you make sure the post notification is targeting the right list? To check,
1. Go to Email Subscribers > Audience and see which list your subscribers are subscribing to
2. Now, go to Email Subscribers Campaigns and check if the post notification is targeting the same list
