 * Having same issue. We’ve been using this plugin for two years with the same config.
   This just started happening and clients are complaining.
 * We have not changed any other website configuration or installed new plugins 
   in over a year. Only changes have been WordPress updates and updates to existing
   plugins. Switching themes is not an option.
 * Please assist in researching.
