 * Yes, myCRED folder is in the plugins directory (wp-content/plugins/mycred) and
   the PHP version is 5.2.17

 * Same thing happened to me … upgraded to version 4.2.0 and now when I go to settings
   there is nothing available, only the text of the tabs. I can not insert images
   in the galleries and do not allow access settings.
