 * Our server is using PHP 5.1.6 which may be the culprit. Is there anything else
   we can do?

 * It does not appear to be browser specific as I have tried it on both Firefox 
   and IE.

 * When you attempt to download the file normally a box will open suggesting to 
   open or download a csv file, but this is not occurring in my case. The box is
   instead prompting with an application/csv and downloads a file with a .part extension
   which is empty.
