The bulk discount is not affected. Obviously, the error is related to retrieving order item meta data for the coupons generated by this type of discount. However, the rule still works on the frontend and SKUs are properly defined. Maybe having WordPress installed in a subdirectory interferes. Perhaps you can contact Bluehost and find out if they are using caching and if so, if there is a way to either disable it for your account or somehow bypass the caching. Based on our testing, this seems to be a hosting issue. That is all I can think of at this point. Perhaps you could do a fresh installation of WordPress and install only the themes and themeswitcher reloaded plugin and test to see if it is working. That will help to identify if it is a configuration / plugin problem. Don’t forget that you do have to activate the widget, set options and save to get it working after installing. I tested three different WordPress sites and I am able to navigate to other pages with the theme that was called either via URL or widget. I don’t know if it is possible to get any theme switcher working with plugins that cache the entire page.
