There are a few things to note about the tab: - The tab should not have been displayed to users of Uncanny Automator Lite ( free version). That was a mistake, and is now fixed. - I don’t know whether you are on the Lite or Pro version, but if you’re on Pro, you can turn off the tab at Automator > Settings > Uncanny Agent > Uncanny Agent launcher tab [Enabled/Disabled]. - The tab is simply a static link that opens the Uncanny Agent window; Uncanny Agent does not actually load on your site until you open the window AND send a message. * When deciding how to surface Uncanny Agent, we made a choice to put a link in a more prominent location than in the admin top bar (as most plugins do). One of the things we quickly learned with the tab in such a non-standard location is that some users are, understandably, concerned that the tab is loading Uncanny Agent on every page. However, the specific workflow you are trying to build that bridges two sites and involves Thrive Apprentice may well have been easier to build with Thrive Automator; we unfortunately did not optimize for site-to-site workflows when expanding our Thrive compatibility. That said, many users have had great success with Uncanny Automator, including the vast majority that have left a review. * We’ve been working with you via our support system, as the site-to-site workflow you are having trouble with is a feature of Uncanny Automator Pro, the paid version of Uncanny Automator. We’ve offered to make changes to the plugin if necessary to support your workflow. Once the account is created, there is no further dependence on automatorplugin.com; App automations are handled by our API server which has a failover for redundancy. If you’re only using plugin integrations, there is no reliance on any external server for any automations. * For a more technical explanation of what happened, we migrated the site to a new host last week, and unfortunately yesterday night we overshot their server resources and auto-scaling, which caused the DB service to crash. However, we identified an issue with that fix that was causing some triggers to not fire, so we had to revert that fix in version 6.5.0.2. I traced our communication with Patchstack and while we told them a patch was imminent, unfortunately we didn’t confirm with them after the patch had been released. We’ve updated our [changelog](https://automatorplugin.com/knowledge-base/uncanny-automator-changelog/#:~:text=Under%20the%20hood,less%20guesswork.%20%235650) with the CVE number and notified Patchstack to update the vulnerability report, which will hopefully happen soon. There are a couple of things at work here: 1. We need to update the loading of translations for compatibility with WordPress 6.7.0, which will happen with the next release, due out next week. 2. The notice is breaking your theme because it’s being output in places that cause the layout to break. * #2 could be fixed immediately if you disable debug output on your WordPress site. You’d want to set WP_DEBUG to “false” in your wp-config.php file. There’s some additional info on this here: [https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/](https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/), but you could also ask your webhost’s support for help if you’re not comfortable making that change yourself.
