 * Case closed, Its fixed now, the last steps i was missing is the paypal step to
   enable “Allow reference transactions” on PayPal PayFlow manager, after i set 
   this its working like a charm.

 * Hello again, and thank you so much for the quick response,
 * Woocommerce do create another Renewal Order, however the customer doesn’t get
   charge, there is no actual credit card charge. the order goes to payment pending.
 * I did notice that this feature was unchecked under paypal PayFlow setting “Enable
   Tokenized Payments” i don’t know if its related but i enabled this option.

 * Thank you for the amazing plugin, i do have the same issue on my site, on PayPal
   express after user login to paypal and go back to the site, there is message 
   Invalid Payment type, this is on the 1.4.3
