This is the same answer I receive when I report a problem. “They can’t reproduced the problem”. Sounds like a “Canned answer” If you don’t know CSS/PHP/JS I would stay clear from 5 star plugins. I will say if your Theme is not supported any longer, you will sooner or later start seeing problems. Last 5 star plugin update results turned my screen white. I had to contact my host and disable 5 star so I could do repairs. We also have live entertainment with an event calendar that was full of canceled gigs. I found it’s easier to just shut down the site with a temporary closed message. What I did to accomplish this task is use a nice menu plugin then use short code or a link that works best for your application. You can visit my site and click on a menu tab then short link the booking plugin at the bottom of the menu page. I also have the booking on the home page for customers that have visited before and just want to reserve a table. Exception rule defaults to open hours. Checked our site not logged in with same results. Been using this plugin since Nate Wight offered it.
