 * I noticed the problem after making sure I had the latest version. I did go “Synchronize
   with Cloud”. I’ll check the error log after a bit and see if the errors have 
   ceased. Thx

 * I do see the approve link when the files show up in the panel as shown. The problem
   appears to be when I perform scan, it emails that 3 files “failed” and nothing
   shows up in the interface. When I started on working on this, it showed 1141 
   unknown files. But after I performed the scan, none were listed.

 * I do have a cache plug-in. W3C Total Cache.
 * I checked the error logs and found these. It does look like a constant contact
   plug-in may be interfering, but I’m not sure.

 * Can you make the conditional field be conditional on a product category. For 
   example, if customer purchases cat=”x” then it shows the conditional field?
