When you look at the test page above the image is far larger then when you go direct to the image.
Ideally I would love to postition the image as smaller either above or to the side.
Not have the image artifically enlarged.
I got rid of the recaptcha errors and turned off recaptcha in your blocks.
Still same behavior – email sent but the form doesn’t clear and no message about the email being sent.
I turned off Forms Recaptcha and I now the count goes up.
However the Form doesn’t refresh and it’s not clear to the user a submission was completed.
I see lots of these warnings:

I had contact form 7 but it is deactivated now. Still installed but deactivated.
I have no other form plugins installed

The image is far larger than the actual image. It’s getting stretched out it looks like to fit that image area instead of allowing actual size.
