I have notice that too. If I have internal links in a reusable block it doesn’t recognize them.

You have to be set up as an organization and make sure you enter values for
Organization Name
Organization LogoYoast -> Search Appearance -> General
Then you won’t get these errors anymore from my testing.

Customizer -> Typography -> Body I think. Change text color to black or white. Grey is the default.
Same for All headings.

Reduce server response times (TTFB) 1.71 sThose two items are server config and a caching plugin will help a lot.
Pingdom test also mentioned compression.
Not sure any of this is theme related. I can get into the 90’s but I don’t start with the demo projects which often use sliders and slow stuff like that…..
